Interns... We run a start-up firm and have realised the importance of having interns. These are smart kids from the Delhi University who have the hunger and passion to learn. In times, when we wanted quality hires at low cost we used as many as 12 interns! It is really a boon for a business to have young minds working... the question still is how to get these smart kids?
